What does a day as a Deputy General Manager look like?
As a Deputy General Manager, you work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth daily operation of the hotel. Your responsibilities include, among others:
Supporting the execution of management tasks related to operational, HR, commercial and administrative responsibilities.
Being available for guests at all times and providing outstanding service.
Acting as the main point of contact for the team and motivating employees under your supervision.
Keeping a sharp eye on the hotel’s profitability and contributing your own initiatives and improvements.
