Job Description

What does a day as a Deputy General Manager look like?

As a Deputy General Manager, you work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth daily operation of the hotel. Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Supporting the execution of management tasks related to operational, HR, commercial and administrative responsibilities.

  • Being available for guests at all times and providing outstanding service.

  • Acting as the main point of contact for the team and motivating employees under your supervision.

  • Keeping a sharp eye on the hotel’s profitability and contributing your own initiatives and improvements.
