The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and closing the hotel’s complimentary breakfast service. This role ensures guests have a welcoming, clean, and well-stocked breakfast experience while delivering friendly and attentive customer service.
Set up the breakfast area prior to service, including food, beverages, and utensils.
Prepare and replenish breakfast items according to hotel standards and food safety guidelines.
Greet guests warmly and provide assistance as needed.
Monitor food quality, presentation, and inventory throughout service.
Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment.
Break down and clean the breakfast area after service.
Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Communicate supply needs or guest feedback to management.
Complete kitchen or dishwashing duties as needed.
Make sure all preparations for breakfast on the next days are done.
Clean the public area's after breakfast service is done.
Prepare lunch for individual guests and seminars.
in case of absence of colleagues due to vacation, sickness, etc. flexibility to work evening shifts is highly appreciated.
