Job Description

As part of its continued expansion, the Group is creating a strategic position to support the identification and development of new development opportunities in Poland and Central & Eastern Europe (CEE).

We are looking for a Development Manager Poland & CEE to drive the growth of our hotel portfolio in the region.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing a development roadmap
  • Sourcing new hotel locations and identifying high-potential assets
  • Building and maintaining a network of investors and partners
  • Coordinating a support team to deliver market analyses and economic feasibility studies
  • Initiating and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders (authorities, advisors, business introducers, etc.)
  • Preparing investment proposals and supporting their presentation to decision-makers
  • Managing project follow-up from initial opportunity up to contract signature
  • Working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment and progress of projects
  • Promoting projects and representing the company within relevant professional networks and events
  • Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of development practices

Frequent business travel is required.

Qualifications

Required education: Higher education degree (business school, real estate, hospitality or equivalent).

Preferred experience: Minimum 5 years in development, investment, real estate and/or hospitality-related roles.

Languages: Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken, is required.

Technical skills:

  • Project structuring and development
  • Financial analysis and market studies
  • Negotiation techniques and partnership development

Personal qualities:

  • Ability to work autonomously within a dedicated territory
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic vision

Who will control your personal data?

  1. Why and on what legal grounds will your Data be processed?

  1. Your Data will be processed for the following purposes:
    1. in order to carry out the recruitment process in which you participate,
    2. in order to carry out future recruitment processes for a similar position or another position in line with the qualifications, if you consented to it,
    3. protection of the Controller's legitimate interests referred to in clause 4 below.
  2. Data will be processed on the grounds of:
    1. Article 6 (1) (c) GDPR – in the scope of Data indicated in Article 221 of the Labour Code and the regulations to which this provision refers - i.e. due to the fact that the processing of Data is necessary for compliance with a legal obligations to which the Controller is subject,
    2. consent to the processing of Data (art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) - concerning Data other than those indicated in Article 221 of the Labour Code provided for current recruitment,
    3. for future recruitments, consent to the processing of Data (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR), if such consent has been or will be given by you,
    4. Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR, i.e. due to the fact that Data processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, i.e. to establish, enforce or defend the claims.

If the recruitment documents contain the Data referred to in Article 9 (1) of the GDPR, your additional consent to their processing will be necessary (Article 9 (2) (a) of the GDPR).

To whom will your Data be made available?

  1. Data Recipients may be in particular the entities rendering recruitment services to the Controller, as well as other entities processing personal data in accordance with the data processing agreements.
  2. Your Data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organisation.

What are your rights in connection with processing of your Data by the Controller?

  1. In connection with processing of your Data, you have the following rights:
    1. to access Data (under Article 15 of the GDPR);
    2. to request rectification of Data (under Article 16 of the GPDR);
    3. to request erasure of Data (under Article 17 of the GDPR);
    4. to request restriction of processing Data (under Article 18 of the GDPR);
    5. to transfer Data (under Article 20 of the GDPR);
    6. to lodge an objection to processing of Data processed on the grounds of legitimate interests of the Controller (under Article 21 of the GPDR);
    7. to withdraw your consent to processing of your Data, processed solely on the basis of consent, at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the compliance with the law of the processing that had been carried out pursuant to the consent before it was withdrawn.

  3. In connection with the processing of Data, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Whether providing Data is mandatory?

  1. Data providing by you in the scope resulting from Article 221 of the Labour Code and the regulations to which this provision refers is necessary to participate in the recruitment procedure.

Providing by you any other Data is voluntary.

How long will your Data be processed?

  1. Your Data will be processed:
    1. in connection with ongoing recruitment, until the end of the recruitment process or in the case of Data which are processed solely on the basis of your consent, until such consent is withdrawn,
    2. in the case of providing the consent to the processing of Data by you for future recruitment processes - for a period of 1 year or until the withdrawal of your consent to the processing of Data.
  2. Notwithstanding the above, your Data, in the necessary scope, will be processed for the period which results from generally applicable law and is necessary to establish, enforce or defend the claims.
