Job Description

Being a recruitment intern at Louvre Hotels Group will enable you to develop your own project for a recruitment strategy for the HR Department for the Benelux region, which includes the Netherlands and Belgium. At the same time, you will obtain an overall view of the organization and have an insight about how different departments relate to each other. 

We’re currently looking for a passionate and proactive colleague to join us as HR recruitment intern. Qualifications

What does a day as a HR Recruitment Intern look like? 

  • You plan your work together and coordinate with the HR team for Benelux. 
  • You create a recruitment strategy for the hotels under the Benelux Region. This includes preparation of vacancies and development of the recruitment platform. 
  • You present your ideas and visions to the Operations team. 
  • You will assist with setting up a structure in operational processes. 
  • You make sure that you maintain internal and external communication. You work on building a network with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.  
  • You assist with the initial implementation of the recruitment strategy. You provide guidance and explanation to the General Managers where necessary. 
  • You help build pipelines of diverse talent, providing regular reports on global talent.

  • You are looking for an internship, which you need to complete as part of your study for a higher education institution.  
  • You are available for a fulltime internship, for a minimum of 20 weeks. 
  • You are passionate about learning more about HR and working in the hospitality industry. 
  • You are solution oriented with an eye for detail. 
  • You can understand and follow guidelines. 
  • You have the flexibility to respond to different work situations. 
  • You have good Microsoft Office skills. 
  • You have good communication skills in English and Dutch.
