RESTAURANT WAITER ( Flexi / Students only)

As a waiter or waitress, you will greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet Guests warmly and seat them when needed

• Present menus and answer basic question

• Take accurate food and drink orders

• Check in with guests during the meal, 

• Handle guest concerns or requests promptly

• Deliver food and beverages to the correct tables

• Ensure orders are served correctly and on time

• Refill drinks and bring additional items as needed

• Clear plates and reset tables between guests

• Relay orders to kitchen staff clearly

• Coordinate timing with the bar and kitchen

• Inform guests of specials and menu changes

• Work with teammates to maintain smooth service

• Present checks and process payments

• Handle cash, cards, and tips accurately

• Follow procedures for opening and closing checks

• Keep dining and service areas clean and organized

• Follow food safety and hygiene standards

• Maintain clean utensils, glassware, and table settings

• Report spills or hazards to prevent accidents

• Restock napkins, utensils, and condiments

• Assist with opening and closing tasks
